Slow espresso | 13 June 2009

Coffee on the stove-top, milk on the stove-top, frothed with a questionable battery-operated device named “Handy Creamer”. Sugar dissolved in the warming milk. The result ended up somewhere between a latte and cappuccino, and tasty. The process required about twenty minutes at the stove — so much heat that we had to turn on the air-conditioning while I waited for it to cool enough to drink.
